魏城2-1井双层高强度套管开窗工艺技术 被引量:7

摘要 魏城 2 - 1井是一口事故侧钻井 ,由于固井时钻杆被上返水泥浆固死 ,无法打捞 ,决定在落鱼上部进行套管开窗侧钻 ,开窗位置有 177 8及 2 4 4 5两层高强度厚壁套管 ,开窗难度大。魏城 2 - 1井选用自制的槽式斜向器及复式铣锥只用了 2 4h就成功地完成开窗 ,从而高效快速地完成了开窗侧钻任务 ,解除了事故 ,并顺利钻达靶区完钻。 The well Weicheng 2-1 is a sidetracking well.As the drilling pipes had been cemented by the return cement paste,the measures to mill window and sidetrack at the upper part of fish were utilized in the well.There were 177.8mm and 244.5mm two story high strength casings at the window position,so it is very difficult to mill window.The self-control of inclined tools and duplex milling wimbles had successfully been used to complete to mill window in 24th in the well.Finally we had completed to mill window and sidetrack efficiently and quickly,resolved the accident and completed to drill to reach the target smoothly.
