摘要
针对套管内开窗侧钻水平井、小井眼钻井的水力学特点 ,采用偏心环空轴向流及螺旋流理论进行了侧钻水平井小井眼流体力学研究 ,考虑了钻具偏心及钻具接头对流动压降的影响 ,进行了考虑波动压力影响的侧钻水平井小井眼水力学分析。分析评价了钻井液性能、排量、井眼几何特征及钻具偏心等因素对流体力学的影响 。
Aiming at the hydrodynamics characteristics,in this paper,a research on slim hole fluid mechanics in re-entry horizontal well was finished by adopting eccentricity annulus axial & screw flow theory.In the hydrodynamics study,influence of the drill tool eccentricity and drill tool joint on flowing pressure drop were considered.The analysis on re-entry horizontal well slim hole hydrodynamics was also done considering the surge pressure infection.Meanwhile,the paper analyses and evaluated the effects of the drilling fluid capability,displacement,bore hole geometry character and drill tool eccentricity on hydrodynamics.
