摘要
计算机辅助工艺过程设计 (CAPP)的核心是工艺决策 ,由于企业生产资源是动态变化的 ,CAPP系统的工艺决策就必须能够产生与生产资源相适应的工艺过程。因此 ,采用合适的方法进行工艺决策就显得十分重要 ,在生产资源动态变化的基础上 ,提出了工艺决策模型的组成 ,建立了设备选择模块的工作流程 ,应用实践表明 ,这种工艺决策模型有较强的实用性 ,符合生产实际 。
The core of computer assisting technological process design is technological policy making.Because resources of enterprise's production is dynamic change,the technology decision in the system of computer assisting technological process design must produce the technology process cmoformable to the resources of production,so adopting suitable and rihght way to make technology decision seems very important.On the basis of dynamic change of the resources of production,the composition of technology decision model is proposed,and the equipment working flow to choose module is set up.The practice indicates that this kind of technology decision model has more stronger practicality,and is in accordance with the reality of production,therefore it has great practical prospects.
