摘要
文章介绍住宅小区智能化系统的3个子系统,小区智能化系统是以科学技术为基础,依靠先进的设备和科学的管理,将优良的建筑与计算机技术、自动控制技术、通信与信息处理技术及多媒体技术等先进技术相结合的自动化系统。它以节约能源、降低运行成本,提高住宅小区基础物业管理、安全防范管理以及信息服务等方面的自动化程度和综合服务水平为特征,为小区住户提供安全、舒适、方便、快捷和信息高度通畅的家居环境。
Three subsystems of the intelligent system for residential district are introduced including the security management system,the information management system and the information network system. The intelligent systems for residential district are automation systems which depend on advanced equipment and scientific management and combine advanced technologies such as excellent architecture and computer technology,automation control technology,communication,information and multimedia technology,etc. Such intelligent systems are characterized by economizing the energy,reducing the running cost,raising the automatic level and the comprehensive service level of the basic dwelling management,the security management and information service. The goal of such intelligent systems is to offer a safe,comfortable,convenient and fast living environment and highly clear information service for residents.
