摘要
本文对34例癫痫患者进行了抗癫痫药物苯巴比妥的血及唾液浓度的测定,作者认为从唾液中测定抗癫痫药物浓度具有采集标本方便、易为患者接受的优点,测定苯巴比妥药物浓度能反映血清中药物浓良,临床可以推广应用。
We measured the content of phenobarbital (PB) in serum and saliva in 34 cases that suffer from the epilepsy and took the antiepilepsic drugs (AEDS).It is found that the effective concentration in serum was 13.69+ 7 .12 μg/ml (x±SD) and 2 .16+1 .57 μg/ml in saliva respe-ctively,there were positive correlation between the serum and saliva. Significance of measurement from saliva in patient with epilepsia was discussed.
