摘要
用2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNP)分光光度法,对10种青绿饲料的维生素 C(VC)总含量进行了测定。测定结果:豆科牧草平均含量为1.89mg/g,其中箭筈豌豆总含量高达2.55mg/g,禾本科牧草平均含量为1.05mg/g;菊科和车前科牧草平均含量为0.32mg/g。豆科牧草 Vc 总含量明显高于禾本科、菊科和车前科牧草。
The total contents of vitamin C in 10 green fodders were measuredusing spectrophotometry of 2.4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNP).The resultsshowed that the average content of leguminosae was 1.89 mg/g,amongthem vicia satire L.came to 2.55 mg/g.The average content of grami-neae was 1.55 mg/g,eompositae and plantaginaceae 0.32 mg/g.The totalVc content of leguminosae markedly showed more than gramineae,com-positae and plantaginaceae.
