摘要
在酸提取和水提取水平下,用三种测定分析法对冷地早熟禾的非结构碳水化合物总量进行了测值分析。结果表明:蒽酮比色法测值过于偏低,硫酸酚比色法与 Somogyi 法的测值相近。对大批量测定非结构碳水化合物总量,硫酸酚法有其独到的优越性,且精确度较 Somo-gyi 滴定法高。
Three methods of determing total carbohydrates(TNC)of Pea crymophila were compared at two extractions.The results showed that the TNC levels analysed by Anthrone is the lowest,and the TNC contents determining by phenol sulphurie aeid and Somogyi methods is similar.Phe- nol sulphurie aeid method is advantageous to measuring a large number of TNC samples,espaeially in Pea crymophila.
