摘要
目的 :评估 1 3C-尿素呼气试验 (1 3C- UBT)对幽门螺杆菌 (HP)感染的诊断价值。方法 :对 10 4例 1个月内未曾使用可能影响 HP检测结果的药物者同步完成快速尿素酶试验 (RUT)、病理、1 3C- U BT检测 ,以病理 (HE染色 )、RUT均阳性为诊断HP感染的标准 ,评价 1 3C- UBT对 HP感染的诊断价值。结果 :1 3C- UBT的敏感性 10 0 % ,特异性 92 % ,阳性预测值 84 % ,准确性94 % ,阴性预测值 10 0 %。结论 :1 3C- UBT是 HP感染无创伤。
Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of 13 C Ure breath test( 13 C UBT)in Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection Methods:104 cases who have never taken drugs which probabaly affect the reliability in detection of HP infection in a recent month underwent rapid urease test (RUT),histology examination and 13 C UBT.Both histology (HE staing) and RUT positivity was considered as the standard for diagnosis of HP infetion.The diagnostic value of 13 C UBT in HP infection was evaluated Results:The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,accuracy, negative predictive value fo 13 C UBT were 100%?92%?84%?94%?100% Conclusion: 13 C UBT is a non invasive,sensitive and spectific diagnostic method for detection of HP infection
