摘要
运用 Monte-carlo 方法,计算机摸拟了遗传漂变对有限群体多基因性状的影响。在不考虑突变、选择和迁移的条件下,对遗传漂变产生的长期效应进行了讨论。结果从基因作用模型、有效群体大小、留种方式和基因连锁四方面进行报道,在加性模型下遗传漂变对群体表型均值和遗传方差影响较小,有效群体大小和基因重组率是维持遗传稳定性的重要因素。同时。家系等量留种是一种控制遗传漂变作用的必要措施,且应对遗传漂变的长期效应应该十分重视。最后把计算机的摸拟结果与理论预测结果进行了比较。
Computer simulations,by Monte-carlo method,have been done to study the effects of genetic drift on a polygenic character in finite population.The long-term effects of genetic drift are discussed under the conditions of neglecting factors of mutation,selection and migration.The results are reported in terms of four aspects of models of gene action,effective population size, selected breeds and gene linkage.The phenotypic mean and genetic variance to be affected under gene additive action were smaller than those under dominance and over-dominance by genetic drift.The effective population size and gene recombination rate is an important factor in maintaining genetic stability,meanwhile,pedigree control selected is a essential means.The long- term accumulative effects of random drift should be noticed,and simulated results was compared with predicted value on theoretical grounds.
