补肾活血法对衰老模型大鼠高黏滞血症影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观察补肾活血法对衰老模型大鼠高黏滞血症 (hyperviscositysyndrome,HVS)的影响。方法 :测定用D 半乳糖 (D gal)诱导的亚急性衰老模型大鼠血液流变学、血小板聚集、抗凝血酶Ⅲ (AT Ⅲ )活性 ,肝肾组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)含量以及主动脉组织病理学检测 ,观察补肾活血方扶正降黏胶囊 (简称FZJN)对上述指标的影响。结果 :衰老模型大鼠血液流变学多项指标、血小板最大聚集率、肝肾组织MDA含量等明显增高 ,AT Ⅲ活性及肝肾组织SOD活性明显降低 ;主动脉壁内膜增厚 ;正常对照组、模型组的血浆黏度与SOD呈负相关 ;FZJN能使上述变化逆转。结论 :补肾活血方在改善衰老大鼠模型自由基代谢紊乱的同时 ,可有效地降低其血液的黏滞度 ,提高AT Ⅲ活性 ,从而纠正血液黏、浓、聚的病理性改变。可用D Objective:to observe the influence of the method of reinforcing kidney and activating blood on aging rats with hyperviscosity syndrome. Motheds: The hemorheology, the activity of thrombin III(AT III), platelet aggregation and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in rats' kidney and liver tissue, the content of malonic acid(MOD) were determined, and the aorta histopathology in subacute aging rat model induced by D galactose(D gal) was observed. Results: Several markers of aging rat model including the hemorheology, the maximal rate of platelet aggregation, the content of MDA in kidney and liver were enhanced evidently. The activity of thrombin III and SOD in kidney and liver were reduced obviously, and the aorta intima increased thickness. The levels of plasma viscosity and SOD showed a negative correlation in the model group and the natural antitheses group. Fuzheng Jiangnian capsule can reverse these changes. Conclusions: The medical prescription of reinforcing kidney and activating blood can improve the confusion of free radical in aging rat model.On the other hand, it can reduce blood viscosity availably, raise the activity of AT III, and correct the pathologic change of blood. D gal can be used in making aging HVS rat model.
