摘要
本文在28具成人尸体上对耳后区及耳廓的血管、神经分布进行了研究。耳后动脉按终支数可分成3型。并提出耳后动脉及它的耳廓支和耳大神经及它的分支可作为耳廓组织瓣的良好血管、神经蒂。耳后动脉和它的枕升支,枕小神经及其分支可作为耳后区的良好血管、神经蒂。
The distribution of vessels & nerves of the posterior auricular region & the auricle was studied in 28 adult cadavers(20 male & 8 female). The posterior auricular artery could be classified into 3 types according to number of its distal branch. We suggest that the posterior auricular artery & its auricular branch, the great auricular nerve & its branches can be utilized as a suitable pediele of vessels &nerves for the auricular flap, while the posterior auricular artery & its ascending occipital branch, the lesser occipital nerve & its branches as a suitable pediele of vessels & nerves for posterior auricular region.
