摘要
目的 用正电子断层扫描 (PET) ,显示经脉血气运行的三维定位。方法 在经脉线的生物物理学体表定位的基础上 ,循经皮下注射放射核素 ,然后在PET下显示其运行轨迹 ,通过断层扫描 ,观察其三维定位。结果 经过 8例正常人 40次实验 ,正面位可见放射核素的运行线与生物物理实验线吻合 ,纵断面显示其循行在体表下的一定深度。结论 PET能够显示核素循经脉运行的三维定位。
Objective Applying positron emission computed tomography(PET)to manifest the 3-dimensional pathway orientation of the isotopic tracer along meridian. Methods Based on the biophysical orientation of meridian lines on human body surface,isotopic tracer 18F-FDG〔( 18F)fluoro-2-deoxy-β-D-glucose〕was injected subcutaneously and traced under PET. Results Afler 8 normal subjects in 40 experiments,it was shown that under the obverse plane,the isotopic pathway coincides to the biophysical(classical)meridion line,where as in the vertical section,it passes under the body surface for a certain depth. Conclusion The pathway of the isotopic tracer migration along meridion can be shown by PET in 3-dimension.
