摘要
目的 :探讨采用不同的术式修复拇指指腹缺损的疗效。方法 :对 19例拇指指腹缺损的患者 ,分别采用示指背侧岛状皮瓣、拇指桡侧指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣、拇指桡侧逆行筋膜皮瓣、趾腹皮瓣进行急诊修复。结果 :本组19例皮瓣 ,18例成活 ,1例失败。术后 3个月～ 1年随访 ,皮瓣血运、质地、弹性良好 ,指腹两点分辨觉明显优于不带感觉神经的皮瓣。结论 :带感觉神经的微型皮瓣修复拇指指腹缺损 ,对供区影响小 。
Objective: To probe the curative effect of repair of finger pulp defect of thumb by different operational methods. Methods: Nineteen patients with finger pulp defect of thumb were repaired by different operations, such as dorsal digital island flap of index finger, reverse radical digital artery island flap of thumb, reverse radical fascial flap of thumb and toe pulp flap. Result: In this group, eighteen flaps survived, one flap failed. Following-up from three months to one year, the flaps had good blood circulation and elasticity. The sensation static two points discrimination (2PD) was much better than the flap without sensory nerve. Conclusion: Repair of finger pulp defect of thumb by microflap with sensory nerve has a small effect on supply area and its curative effect in repairing finger pulp defect is definite.
