摘要
目的 探讨热牙胶挤压术充填侧支根管的临床效果。方法 通过临床病例分析 ,观察热牙胶挤压术充填侧支根管对根尖周病变的治疗效果。结果 1年复查 6 0颗患牙 ,2年复查 4 5颗患牙 ,均获得成功。结论 热牙胶挤压术使充填侧支根管得到良好充填效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of collateral branch root canal filled with hot gutta percha guillotine operation.Methods The therapeutic effect of collateral branch root canal filled with hot gutta percha guillotine operation on periapical lesions was observed and the related clinical cases were analysed.Results Sixty sick teeth after treatment for 1 year and 45 sick teeth after treatment for 2 years were re examined and the treatment was successful.Conclusion Hot gutta percha guillotine operation has a good effect to fill collateral branch root canal.
