摘要
采用盲肠内接种溶组织内阿米巴滋养体的方法,复制出Wistar大鼠肠阿米巴病动物模型;并采用自行制备的兔抗阿米巴血清对感染盲肠组织进行免疫组织化学(PAP法)染色.结果表明,组织学观察发现感染大鼠的盲肠病变与人类急慢性肠阿米巴病类似,PAP法与常用的HE,PAS染色相比,能够更特异性地显示组织中的阿米巴滋养体,提高阳性检出率2.38倍.提示PAP法可以应用于肠阿米巴病的病理诊断及回顾性研究.
An animal model of intestinal amoebiasis was reproduced by inoculating Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites into the caecum of the Wistar rat. It is found by light microscopy that the pathological changes in the infected caecum were similar to the human acute and chronic intestinal amoebiasis. Antiamoeba serum was prepared in rabbits and used to demonstrate amoeba in caecum by immunohistochemical (PAP) technque. By this method, the amoeba trophozoites could be more clearly and certainly demonstrated and positive rate was raised 2.38 times. This PAP method could be of help in diagnosis and retrospective study of amoebiasis.
