摘要
观察了40例受试者吸烟前后心电图及心电频谱图的变化.结果表明,吸烟后心率较吸烟前平均增快7.4次/min(P<0.001),心电图除心率变化外未见其他改变;吸烟后有33例(82.5%)出现心电频谱图改变,以相干函数变化最明显,吸烟前阳性率为22.5%,吸烟后阳性率为57.5%(P<0.01),其他指标阳性率吸烟后均有不同程度增高.提示吸烟对心脏有确切的损害作用,戒烟对降低心脏病的发病率有重要的意义.
The effect of smoking on electrocardiogram and frequency-domain cardiogram was studied in 49 subjects. The results showed that the rate of heart increased by 7.4 beats per minute (P<0.001) after smoking, as compared with that before smoking. There were no other changes in electrocardiograms 82.5% of the subjects showed difference in frequency-domain cardiograms after smoking. Abnormal rate of coherene in frequency-domain cardiograms was 22.5% before smoking and 57.5 after smokine (P<0.01) . The abnormal rates of other parameters also increased in differeng degrees. The results suggest that smoking has significant injurious effect on heart and therefore it is important to inhibit smoking. The mechanism of the effect is also disccused.
