摘要
目的 :探讨穿牡合剂对实验性兔乳腺增生病的乳腺组织及血清激素水平的影响 ,为穿牡合剂的临床运用提供实验依据。方法 :采用雌二醇、黄体酮建立兔乳腺增生病模型 ,并使用穿牡合剂进行干预。结果 :与模型组比较 ,穿牡合剂使兔乳腺小叶腺泡数、细胞增生层数减少 ,使乳腺导管扩张程度减轻。结论 :穿牡合剂具有抑制由雌二醇、黄体酮致乳腺增生的作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Chuanmu Mixture on galactophore tissues and serum hormone level in rabbit with experimental hyperplasia of mammary glands, and lay the experimental foundation for the clinical application of Chuanmu Mixture. Methods: The model of hyperplasia of mammary glands was established by aquadiol and pregnendione interfered with Chuanmu Mixture. Results: Contrasted with model group, the quantity of acinus in mammary lobule and cellular layers of proliferation was decreased with the dilatation of mammary gland abated. Conclusion: Chuanmu Mixture has the efficacy on restraining the hyperplasia of mammary glands caused by aquadiol and pregnendione. \[
