摘要
目的 :观察 2型糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化术的疗效和并发症。方法 :对施行超声乳化术的 10 6例 (115眼 ) 2型糖尿病患者的临床资料进行总结。结果 :术后视力≥ 0 5者占 65 2 1% ,≥ 0 3者占 91 3 0 %。主要并发症有后囊破裂 3眼占 2 61% ,角膜内皮水肿 2 6眼占 2 2 61% ,前房纤维素性渗出膜 8眼占 6 96% ,后囊混浊 2眼占 1 74%。结论 :2型糖尿病患者采用超声乳化术摘除白内障疗效满意 。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and complications of phacoemulsification(PHACO) on cataract patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Retrospectively analysed 106 cases (115 eyes) with type 2 diabetes mellitus after PHACO were summarized.Results 65 21% had a postoperative visual acuity better than 0 5,91 30% better than 0 3.The most common complications reported were:posterior capsule rupture in 3 eyes(2 61%),corneal edema in 26 eyes(22 61%), significant fibrous exudation in the anterior chamber in 8 eyes(6 96%),posterior capsule opacity in 2 eyes(1 74%).Conclusion PHACO is an effective and safe surgery with limited complications for individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus if their blood sugar is under control.
