摘要
从焊接压力容器的实际构造出发,对常见的初始几何缺陷错边量、角变形、简体正圆度、不直度、封头直边折皱及表面局部凹凸给予合理地数学模拟,为进一步应力分析奠定了坚实的理论基础.
According to the practical construction of the welded pressure vessels,the common initial geometrical imperfections such as alternate side, angular deformation, circularity and straightness of the cylinder, fold of head's straight side and local embossing are properly modelled in this paper, and the solid theoretical foundation is for the further analysis of stresses.
