摘要
对安徽医科大学第一附属医院1996—2000年科技人员发表的科技论文从年度分布及位次、科技论文著者的发文情况、高产著者与高影响力论文著者的发文情况及科室分布等方面进行比较分析,显示医院科研工作存在的数量与质量之间的矛盾等问题及发展、变化趋向,以期对医院科研管理及创新人才培养工作有所启示。
Investigating the distributions of scientific and technologic papers, especially those of high - outputs and high -impact ones in theFirst Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University during the period of 1996 - 2000 by comparative analysis. The results showed the problems, development and trends of the science research in the hospital. And it is desired that all these are helpful for the management reformation of the science research and innovation personnel development in the hospital.
