摘要
广州医学院第二附属医院为扩大市场份额,加强学科建设,其做法主要是:在实施中以人为本,创造宽松的适合人才成长的环境;把申报基金项目作为支撑点,坚持科研与临床结合,正确处理“引进”与“创新”的关系;加强学科内涵建设,适时适量重组相关学科,使学科特色久盛不衰,促进医院整体水平不断提升。
With the progress of medical system reform in our country and build - up of new social security system, the competition in medical market is more and more obvious. As consumers, the patients are bound to seek for those hospitals, subjects, and experts with good reputation. Therefore, in order to expand market share, hospitals have to strengthen subject construction. In doing this, they must focus on the staff, and create a more suitable atmosphere to promote the growth of the talents. Also the hospitals have to declare fund projects, integrate research with clinie, deal with introduction and creation correctly, at the same time, strengthen the connotation construction of subjects, restructure the relevant subjects. By doing these, the specialities of the subjects will be prosperous, and the whole level of the hospital will be promoted gradually.
