摘要
目的 :探讨不同术式对子宫肌瘤妇女术后生理心理的影响 ,为临床工作者提出参考意见。方法 :对 196名子宫肌瘤术后妇女进行跟踪随访和回顾性调查分析。结果 :子宫全切术组出现卵巢功能缺乏现象 ,子宫缺失心理障碍和性功能改变明显高于其他两组P <0 .0 1,且随着术后时间的延长出现症状的妇女逐渐增多。结论 :子宫全切术对妇女的生理。
bjective: To explore effect of different operative method on operated of myoma of uterus, and offer consultative advice for medical staffs. Methods: To follow-up and reviewable investigate analysis on 196 operated women of uterine leiomyoma. Results: Panhyster ectomy group appear deficit of ovary functions and psychopathiv of lost uterus, sexed function change. much high than two group (p<0.01). the number of symptomativ woman inarease flowing the excent of operative time. Conclusions: Pan hysterectomy have side effect on physiology and psychology of feminacy.
