再生胶/聚氯乙烯共混型热塑性弹性体的研究 Ⅰ制备条件

摘要 研究了共混工艺、交联剂用量、软化剂和增塑剂等对再生胶/聚氯乙烯热塑性弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,硫黄用量为1.6份时,采用常温制母胶、共混温度155℃左右,共混时间6—10分钟所得材料的综合性能较好。随着软化剂和增塑剂的加入,共混体的强度下降,而永久变形和硬度减小,扯断伸长率增加。增塑剂用量少时共混体缺乏弹性体特征。 The effects of the third component and rubber/resin ratio on the properties of the dynamically vulcanized RR/PVC blends Were studied. NBR-18, NBR-26 and N-41 were good compatibilizers for the RR/PVC blends and led the strength of the blends to increase significan tly. The blends were thermoplastic elastomers with good roll-processing behavior. The compatibilizing mechanism is discussed.
