摘要
1,2-聚丁二烯(1,2-PB)的老化主要是以交联为主。通过1,2-PB的红外光谱表明:1,2-PB的主链对热是稳定的,因1,2-PB的主链上很少出现双键,当NR,1,2-PB共混以后制成硫化胶,应用YS-Ⅰ型自动多点式拉伸应力松驰仪对NR/1,2-PB,NR/SBR和NR在不同条件下的化学应力松驰进行了研究,实验结果表明:化学应力松驰半衰期t_(1/2)的大小顺序为:NR/1,2-PB(82.5/17.5)>NR/1,2-PB(75/25)>NR/SBR(70/30)>NR(100),而应力松驰的表观活化能的大小顺序为:NR/1,2-PB>NR/SBR>NR,由此可知,在NR中并用15~30份1,2-PB可以大大提高NR的耐老化性能。
The aging of 1, 2-PB occurs mainly as crosslinking. The Infrared Spectra of 1, 2-PB indicated that the main chains of 1, 2-PB have thermal stability due to few double bonds there. The vulcanizates, such as NR/1, 2-PB, NR/SBR and NR, were studied under various conditions with the YS-I instrument of automatic multipoint elogation stress relaxation. The different half-lives (t_(1/2)) of stress relaxation were. NR/1, 2-PB(82.5/17.5)>NR/1, 2-PB(75/225)>NR/SBR(70/30)>NR(100)、and the values of apperant activation energy were: NR/1, 2-PB>NR/SBR>NR. It is concluded that vulcanizate of NR incorporated with 1, 2-PB(15-25) is improved greatly in aging resistance.
