摘要
研究了低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)与天然橡胶(NR)共混物基本性能,考察了 LDPE/NR 共混比、填充剂、硫化体系、共混温度对共混物性能的影响。实验结果表明:LDPE/NR 并用比为30/70时,共混物性能优异;制备 LDPE/NR共混物时,适宜的并用温度为 110～120℃:填充剂的补强效果:炭黑>白炭黑>陶土>碳酸钙。
The basic properties of low density polyethylene(LDPE)and natu-ral rubber(NR)blend were studied.The effects of LDPE/NR blendingratios fillers different kinds of curing agents and blending temperatureon the properties of LDPE/NR were discussed.The experimental resultsshowed that LDPE/NR blend exhibited optimum properties with the blen-ding ratio of LDPE:NR=30:70(mass ratio)and blending temperatureof 110—120℃.The reinforcement ordwer of the different fillers is:carbonblack>silica>clay>cacium carbonate.
