摘要
目的 :研究精神病患者攻击行为的相关因素与护理对策。方法 :98例有攻击行为者为研究组 ,10 3例无攻击行为者为对照组 ,根据两组既往病史 ,家庭史 ,个人史 ,BPRS量表评分及患者妄想类别表探讨导致其攻击行为的相关因素和制定护理对策。结果 :既往病史中的暴力行为 ,家庭史中的教育方式 ,阳性家族史 ,个人史中曾受父母虐待 ,BPRS量表中思维障碍及敌对猜疑均显示差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :精神病患者攻击行为是多因素的 ,及早对患者实施心理干预及健康指导 。
Objective:Analyze about relative factors of psychotic agressive behavior and its nursing measure Method:98 cases with agressive behavior psychotic as experimental group,other 103 cases without such behavior as control To explore the relationship of past history,family history,personal history,BPRS measurements,delusion variety with their agressive behavior Result:All the above including violence in past history,education measure in family,positive family history,abusement from parents,mental disturbance and hostile suspicion have relation with agressive behavior(P<0 05) Conclusion:Psychotics agressive behavior is multifactored.It can be reduced by psychological intervention
