摘要
目的 :探讨急性白血病 (AL)复发的原因 ,制定护理措施。方法 :分析、总结 10例AL复发的相关因素。结果 ;多药耐药 ,中断巩固维持治疗 ,中枢神经系统白血病的发生是造成AL复发的主要原因。结论 :加强患者身心护理 ,降低耐药性的产生 ,预防和控制化疗药物的毒副作用是使患者无症状生存 。
Objective:To investigate for cause about relapse of acute leukemia Method:We have 10 cases to research and analyze their relapse Result:The main cause about acute leukemia relapse include multiple tolerance of medicine,interupcy of therapy,CNS leukemia incidence Conclusion:We should enhance psychological nursing,lower medicine to lerance,prevent toxity of chemotherapy to enlongate life expectancy
