摘要
目的 :总结胃大部切除术后功能性排空障碍的护理经验。方法 :回顾分析胃大部切除术后发生功能性排空障碍 9例的临床资料 ,对病因、病情观察、护理措施进行了探讨。结果 :胃大部切除术后发生功能性排空障碍与手术创伤、精神因素密切相关 ,经过心理护理、营养支持、有效胃肠减压后 ,胃肠功能均能恢复。结论 :胃大部切除术后 ,精神支持、心理疏导。
Objective:To explore for nursing points for functional evacuation disturbance after gastrectomy Method:9 cases have been retrospectively analyze^d through observation of disease condition and investigation for nursing measure Re^sult:Evacuation disturbance is considered related to psychological factors,which can be relieved by careful nursing and GI depression,nutrition supporting Conclusion:Psychological supporting,nursing and nutrition all be important after gastrectomy
