摘要
目的 :观察社区护理干预对脊髓损伤性截瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法 :以截瘫患者 2 9例为康复组 ,在出院后 3个月内进行社区干预 ,指导截瘫患者功能训练及家庭成员掌握康复技术。随机抽查未行社区护理干预的截瘫 2 0例为对照组。结果 :在社区康复护理干预下截瘫患者适应家庭和社会的能力及肢体的恢复均优于对照组。结论 :积极推行社区护理干预 ,提高了截瘫患者的生活质量 。
Objective:To make observation over effect of community nursing intervention on life quality of paraplegia patients induced by spinal cord injury Method: 29 cases had been chosen as convalescence group,who accept community intervention during the first 3 monthes after discharge from hospital;other 20 cases as control Result:The adaptability and extremities strength show better in convalescence group Conclusion;Spreading of community nursing can improve paraplegia patients living quality,lower complications
