摘要
目的 :探讨会阴侧切术后母乳喂养的体位。方法 :观察 10 0例经阴会阴侧切分娩产妇母乳喂养的体位。实验组 5 0例分娩后开始侧卧式皮肤接触后用半坐卧位环抱式喂奶法 ;对照组 5 0例分娩后开始侧卧式皮肤接触后用传统的坐位横抱式喂奶法。观察产后 3～ 5d母乳喂养情况以及术后侧切口愈合情况。结果 :两组侧切口疼痛程度 ,婴儿的含接姿势 ,母亲喂奶的感受 ,母乳喂养成功率 ,侧切口愈合情况差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论
Objective:To explore for breast feeding method after episio^tomy Method:100 cases were selected for observation,50 cases in experimental received skin contact under lateral posture and half supine posture for breast feeding Incision healing and breast feeding were observed Result:Painess in incision,feeling of mothers when breast feeding,successful ratio of breast feeding ,healing of incision,all show significant difference between two groups(P<0 05,P<0 01) Conclusion:After episiotomy it;s better for mothers to take half supine posture for breast feeding than traditional posture
