摘要
本文研究了三唑磷对小球藻、卤虫、南美白对虾、泥蚶四种水生生物的急性毒性作用 ,结果显示 ,三唑磷对小球藻的 4 8h的EC50 为 2 4 μg dm3,72h的EC50 为1 5μg dm3;对卤虫的 2 4hLC50 为 1 .6 4mg dm3,4 8hLC50 为 0 .8mg dm3;对南美白对虾仔虾的 4 8hLC50 为 3.2 μg dm3,96hLC50 为 1 .1 μg dm3;对泥蚶的 4 8hLC50 为 2 1 .0mg dm3,96hLC50 为 1 0 .2mg dm3.三唑磷对小球藻、卤虫、南美白对虾为高毒农药 。
The acute toxic effects of triazophos on four species of hydrophytic organisms were stutied.The results showed that 48h EC 50 of triazophos on Chlorella vulgaris was 24 μg/dm 3 and 72h EC 50 was 15 μg/dm 3;24h LC 50 of triazophos on Artemia salina was 1.64mg/dm 3 and 48h LC 50 was 0.8mg/dm 3; 48h LC 50 of triazophos on Penaeus annamei was 3.2μg /dm 3 and 96h LC 50 was 1.1μg/dm 3;48h LC 50 of triazophos on Tegillarca granosa was 21.0mg/dm 3 and 96h LC 50 was 10.2mg/dm 3.Triazophos was highly toxic to Chlorella vulgaris, Artemia salina and Penaeus annamei , but had high endurame to Tegillarca granosa .
