摘要
目的 评价MRI增强扫描对微型与小型听神经瘤的诊断价值。方法 对23例经手术及病理证实的微型与小型听神经瘤MRI平扫和增强扫描进行分析,比较增强前后的瘤体大小、形态、边缘轮廓、内部信号、邻近结构的改变。结果 本组病例T_1WI和T_2WI图像或无异常信号或仅见不同程度病侧内听道扩大和听-面神经束增粗,Gd-DTPA造影增强后,才明确显示肿瘤病灶的体积、形态结构和边缘轮廓。结论 MRI增强扫描应列为听神经瘤早期诊断的常规首选检查。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic values of MR imaging with gadolinium in mini and small size acoustic neuroma. Methods The findings of conventinal MRI and contrast - enhanced MRI with gadolinium in 23 cases of mini and small size acoustic neuroma identified by surgery and pathologic examination were studied. The characteristics of acoustic neuroma before and after administration of Gd-DTPA,such as the size, shape , border, signal intensity and change of neighbouring structures , were investigated. Results All neuromas in T1 WI and T2WI showed no abnormal signals or various enlargement of the affected canal, thickened auditory and facial nerves. The size, shape, border and extent of intra-and extracanalicular tumor, however, can be easily demonstrated on contrast-enhanced MRI. Conclusion It is believed that the contrast- enhanced MRI should be the first choice of conventional examination in early diagnosis of acoustic neuroma.
