摘要
文章通过对湖北省医学高职教育现状的调查 ,发现一些院校培养目标定位欠妥、缺乏职业教育特色、师资力量亟待加强等方面的问题 ,这严重影响到人才培养的质量 ,提出了规范办学的些许建议 ,以不断提高医学高职教育质量。
This paper discusses some problems exited in higher medical professional education at present. A survey on higher medical professional education in Hubei showed that the objective of training is not obvious, there is lack of characteristic of professional education and teachers is insufficient. These problems would seriously influence the quality of talent training. The authors put forwards some suggestions to run a school according to standards to improve the quality of higher medical professional education gradually
