BCR/ABL嵌合蛋白信号转导研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 BCR/ABL嵌合蛋白具有较强的蛋白酪氨酸激酶 (PTK)活性 ,可组成性激活Ras/MAPK ,JAK STAT ,PI3 K ,c Myc等细胞内各种信号转导途径 ,从而促进细胞的分裂、改变造血细胞的粘附特性及运动性、降低细胞对凋亡信号刺激的反应性 。
