摘要
目的 探索一种新的内皮细胞分离方法。方法 利用内皮细胞特有的CD31抗体和磁珠包被的抗体结合 ,用磁力架将内皮细胞分离出来。结果 分离出的内皮细胞形态完整 ,纯度较高。结论 用磁珠法分离内皮细胞纯度高 ,方法简单易行 ,且整个过程在低温下进行 ,有利于细胞培养。
Objective To explore a new endothelial cell separation method.Methods Using the antibody combination of CD31 antibody and the magnetic bead Baobei,endothelial cells were separated with meganatic force frame.Results The shape of the separated endothelial cell was integral and the purity was higher. Conclusions The method of endothelial cell separation by using magnetic bead is simple and the purity is higher.As the whole course is under low temperature,the method is favorable to the cell culture,the library construction and the following work.
