摘要
目的 :通过红外热像观察针刺对多发性大动脉炎患者肢体温度的影响 ,探索其作用机理。方法 :采用针刺、西药、中药治疗 ,其中针刺组取人迎、极泉、太渊心俞、膈俞、脾俞、肾俞、风池、完骨、天柱针刺治疗 ;西药组用地巴唑静脉注射 ;中药组用复方丹参注射液静脉注射。同时观察治疗前后患者肢体温度的变化。结果 :经治疗后针刺组患者肢体温度较治疗前有明显的改善 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且临床效果优于其他两组。
Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture on te mperature of limbs in the patient of multiple aortarteritis by infrared thermog raphy. Methods The acupuncture group were treated by acupuncture at Re nying (ST 9), Jiquan (HT 1), Taiyuan (LU 9), Xinshu (BL 15), Geshu (BL 17), Pish u (BL 20), Shenshu (BL 23), Fengchi (GB 20), Wangu(GB 12), Tianzhu (BL 10), the western medicine group were treated by intravenous injection of dibazol, and the Chinse herb group were treated by intravenous injection of Danshen injecti o. C hanges of limb temperature before and after treatment in the patients were obse rved. Results After treatment, the limb temperature in the acupunctur e group improved significantly (P<0 05) and the clinical therapeutic effect is superior to those in other two groups.
