摘要
目的 评价益脑宁片对脑动脉硬化症的治疗效果及安全性。方法 采用第二届全国神经精神科学术会议制定的诊断标准,对71例已确诊的脑动脉硬化症患者,随机分为益脑宁片治疗组(36例)和复方丹参片对照组(35例)进行对比观察,分析两组治疗前后的症状、体征以及部分实验检查,综合评定疗效。结果 两组治疗前后自身比较差异有显著性,治疗组总有效率为86.11％;对照组为68.57％。两组间总有效率的比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 益脑宁片对脑动脉硬化症的症状、体征均有明显的改善作用,治疗组优于对照组,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To assess the theraoeutic effect and reliability of Yinaoningpian in treating cerebral arteriosclerosis. MethodsAdopt the diagnosis standard formulated in the 2th country nerve and psyche academic conference, 71 patients with cerebral arteriosclerosiswere randomly divided into two groups. 36 patients in treatment group weer treaed with Yinaoningpian, 35 patients in control group were treat-ed with compound danshen root troche. Analysis the therapeutic effect and partial laboratory examinations before and after treatment in bothgroups were observed. Results There was a significant difference before and after treatment in both groups. The total effective rate was86. 11% in treatment group and 68 .57% in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusions Yinaoningpian is obviously effective in treating the symptom and physical sign of cerebral arteriosclerosis. The treatment group is better thanthe control group. There are no obviously side effects.
