摘要
本文介绍一种新研制的数字伺服聚焦式弹头发射痕迹非接触三维检测仪的原理、结构、控制以及实验结果。该系统垂直测量范围为± 1mm ,垂直分辨率为 30nm ,聚焦光束直径为 1μm 。
An instrument for 3D bullet marks identification based on displacement sensor of digital servo control was proposed. The basic principle, structure, control system and experimental results of the instrument were discussed. The vertical scope of measurement, the vertical differentiating rate and the focusing spectrum diameter are ±1mm, 30nm and 1μm respectively. It has been proven that the general performance is superior to the bullet marks measuring system developed by the research team previously.
