摘要
回顾分析 2 94例经病理证实的软组织占位病变患者的MRI资料 ,分析总结良恶性占位的MRI特征。良性占位MRI表现多为形态规则、边界清晰、信号均匀 ;恶性则多为形态不规则、边界模糊、信号杂乱。MRI对良恶性占位定性诊断准确率分别为 98.5 8%和 1 0 0 % ,组织学诊断准确率分别为 98.2 2 %和 2 5 .0 0 % (P <0 .0 1 )。
MRI findings of soft tissue masses confirmed by pathologic examination were retrospectively analyzed in 294 cases.MRI characteristics of these benign and malignant masses were analyzed and summarized respectively.Benign masses usually appear as well marginated regular mass with homogeneous signal in MRI,while malignant ones as poorly marginated irregular mass with inhomogeneous signal.Qualitative diagnostic accuracies of MRI were 98.58% for benign and 100% for malignant masses; the histopathologic diagnostic accuracies were 98.22% for benign and 25% for malignant masses ( P < 0.01). It indicates that MRI is efficient in qualitative diagnosis of most soft tissue masses and in histopathologic diagnosis of benign soft tissue masses.
