摘要
目的 探讨自制套圈结扎法治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法 采用自制套圈对15例粘膜下子宫肌瘤患者进行蒂部结扎治疗。结果 在15例粘膜下子宫肌瘤患者中，有6例24h内肌瘤自行脱落，5例48h内肌瘤自行脱落，4例48h后肌瘤钳夹旋转后脱落。结论 自制套圈结扎法是治疗粘膜下子宫肌瘤的一种有效的新方法。
Objective To study the clinical effect of endoloop suture in treatment of submucous myoma of uterus. Methods The pedicle suture with the endoloop made by ourselves was performed in 15 cases with submucous myoma of uterus. Results Among the 15 cases, there were 6 cases with spontaneous drop of myoma within 24 hours, 5 cases with spontaneous drop of myoma within 48 hours and 4 cases with artificial drop by forceps-holder turning after 48 hours.
