摘要
目的 探讨义眼座暴露的治疗方法。方法 对 5例 (5眼 )义眼座暴露根据发病时间和暴露面积分别施行单纯缝合术、结膜筋膜松解转移或修补术、锁骨下中厚皮瓣移植术及抗感染治疗。结果 术后随访 6月～ 2年 ,5例义眼座暴露均愈合良好 ,未再复发。结论 义眼座暴露采取相应的手术方法 。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic methods for the exposure of orbital implants.Methods According to the onset time and exposure area,5 cases of exposed orbital implant were treated respectively through simply sewing up,brisement and transferring of the upper fornical conjuctiva and tenon capsule,inferior collarbone skin transplanting and anti_infection.Results All 5 exposure cases healed fine and no one was found to be recurred in 6 month-2 year follow up.Conclusion Different reconstructive methods for the exposure of orbital implants should be used according to different onset time and exposure area.
