摘要
眼眶手术与一般眼科手术有很大不同 ,术中使用的器械和设备差别很大 ,术中配合与护理也有其特殊性。本文总结开眶手术术中的护理经验 ,包括术前患者访问 ,手术器械和设备准备 ,患者的接送 ,术中器械护士和巡回护士配合 。
A large difference exists between the orbital surgery and conventional ocular surgery.The orbital surgery needs many special instruments and equipments,so much difference exists in nursing and cooperating between orbital operation and conventional ocular surgery.The article sums up the experience of nursing and cooperating the orbital surgery in operation theater,which include:(1)preoperative patient's interview;(2)preparing of instruments and equipments;(3)sent patient to operating theater and handing the patient over to the ward;(4)cooperation of nurse;(5)visual function monitoring during operation.
