摘要
目的 了解当前广州市需要心理咨询服务人群的特征及需要解决的主要问题。方法 选取 2 0 0 0年 1 2月至 2 0 0 1年1 1月广州市电话心理咨询者的资料共 3 1 43例进行抽样分析。结果 常见的求询问题为恋爱婚姻中的心理问题、情境性心理适应不良、心理障碍、发展性咨询、性问题、健康问题等。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况及文化程度的求询者求询问题有所不同。结论 广州市电话心理咨询求询者的一般特征与其它地区基本相同 ,不受地域的影响 ;其服务领域应以非精神疾病为主 。
Objective To find out the characteristics of the people who need the mental health consulting service and their main problems which need solved.Methods Analyzed 3143 telephone counselees' information in Guangzhou for a year which from 2000 November to 2001 December.Results Common probems for counseling were amativeness and marriage problem,situative adjustment disorder,mental disurbance,developmental counseling,sexual problems and health problems.Different problems for counseling arose according to counselees' backgrounds(e.g.sex,age,education level and marital status).Conclusion Telephone counselees' characteristics were conformed with some other disrict,and the telephone counseling could be considered a helpful supplement to the clinical mental health consulting and its service field should give priority to non mental disorders.
