摘要
目的:探讨用细菌内毒素检查法取代热原检查法检测复方甘露醇注射液的可行性。方法:按中国药典法进行实验。结果:复方甘露醇注射液经2倍稀释后可排除干扰因素。结论:用灵敏度为0.25EU/mL的鲎试剂进行细菌内毒素检查是可行的。
Objective:To study the feasibility whether bacterial endotoxin test can be used to check mannitolum compound injection instead of heat source test.Methods:The test was performed according to Chinese pharmacopoeia.Results:Diluted two rimes,mannitolum compound injection may eliminate interferences. Conclusion: It is feasible to perform the bacterial endotoxin test using limalus test agent.with concentration of 0.25EU/mL.
