摘要
本文对利用马尾藻生产饮料冲剂的工艺进行研究和探讨,指出生产过程中的脱腥、碱处理和杀菌是该工艺的主要技术和关键控制点,通过该工艺生产的饮料冲剂,富含碘和可溶性多糖,具有较高的营养及保健功能,产品的各项理化指标及微生物指标均符合相关的国家标准值,保质期180d。
This article is about the study on the manufacturing technique of beverage powder from Sargassum. The eliminating smells,extraction of alkali soluble and sterilization were considered as the key technology and important reference point in this manufacturing technique.The product contains a lot of iodine and dissoluble sugar.It provided us with more nutrition and hygienical function.The index of physics,chemistry and micro- biology for the beverage powder from Sargassum accords with national standard value.The period of satisfactory quality is 180 day.
