摘要
目的探讨血塞通注射液治疗多发性脑梗死的作用机制。方法按文献方法复制多发性脑梗死大鼠模型,随机分为模型组和血塞通注射液高、中、低剂量组,并与对照组比较。观察各组脑组织含水量、脑组织病理形态学变化及海马神经元变性坏死的情况。结果血塞通注射液能改善多发性脑梗死大鼠的脑水肿,促进脑软化灶的胶质细胞反应,加速软化灶的吸收和机化,对海马神经元继发性损伤有保护作用。结论血塞通注射液对大鼠多发性脑梗死有较明显的治疗作用。
Objective:To observe of the effect of Xuesaitong Injection on the water content changes and the histo -pathological changes in model of multiple cerebral emboli sms in rats.Methods:The model of multiple cerebral embolisms in rats was established by the in-jection of autogeneic blood clot suspension into left internal carotid a rtery.The water contents in brain were measured at th e moments of day 1,day 3,day 7and day 14after multiple cerebral embolism by weigh ing the wet and dried brain tissue.The conditions of the histo -pathological changes and the hippocampus neuron degeneratio n and necrosis of the brain tissue were observed by microscope.Results:The results showed that the brain water contents were increased significanlty in model of the multip le cerebral em-bolisms.Xuesaitong Injection markedly decreased the water conten t and,at the same time,the conditions of the histo -pathological changes and the hippocam pus neuron de-generation and necrosis of the brain tissue were improved to some extent.Conclusion:These results suggested that Xuesaitong Injection be proved of effective protection to the lesion of the multiple cerebral embolisms in rats.
