摘要
目的:观察Y型钢板治疗肱骨髁粉碎性骨折的效果。方法:采用Y型钢板治疗肱骨髁粉碎性骨折15例,术后随访12～40个月,平均30个月。采用改良Cassebaum评分系统评价术后肘关节功能。结果:优4例,良7例,可4例,优良率73.7%,无骨折不愈合、刀口感染等并发症发生。结论:用Y型钢板治疗肱骨髁粉碎性骨折,复位满意,固定牢固,可进行早期功能锻炼,肘关节术后功能恢复满意。
Objective:To study the results of patients with humeral condyls fractures treated with open reduction and Y-type plates.Methods:Fifteen patients with humeral condyles fracture were treated with open reduction and Y-type plates fixation.All patients were followed up for an average of30months(ranging from12to40months)and evaluated with modified Cassebaum rating system.Results:Four were rated as excellent,7as good,4as fair.The rate of the excellent and good was73.7%.No complications of nounion and infection occurred.Conclusion:In the treatment of the comminuated humeral condyls fracture with Y-type plates fixation,rigid fixation,anatomical reduction,early exercise,and satisfactory function of elbow can be achieved.
