脊柱胸腰段前路手术体会 被引量：1

摘要 目的　正确选择胸腰椎爆裂骨折手术治疗方法 ,获最佳脊髓神经恢复和脊柱稳定 ,减少并发症。方法　本组胸腰椎爆裂骨折前路手术 2 9例 ,术前X摄片、CT检查 ;术后 1、2、3、6个月、1年摄片及部分CT检查 ,观察固定和减压效果。结果　 2 9例经平均 11个月随访 ,脊髓神经功能均有不同程度的恢复。结论　胸腰椎爆裂前路减压彻底 ,固定可靠 ,恢复椎体高度 ,正确掌握前路手术适应症 。
