摘要
作者结合多年临床积累的资料，借鉴国外音声医学研究的先进技术和临床经验，并结合我国汉语语言文字的特征，研究设计了一套适合我国临床应用的清晰度字表。并应用该字表对３０名正常语音者和５０名腭裂术后的语音障碍者进行了测试。同时，又把语音障碍程度与清晰度之间的关系进行了研究。结果显示：语音障碍的程度和清晰度之间有着十分密切的关系。因此本字表既能较全面地评价语音障碍的程度，又能客观地反映语音障碍的类型。本研究为从事这方面的临床工作者提供了十分重要的理论依据。
This study was established the chinese language of clear degree. The subjects of this study consisted of 50 patients with postoperated of cleft lip and palate, congenital velopberyngeal incompetence, and 30 control group were normal articulation of persons.The results of this study may be helpful for further clinic of the cleft lip and palate patients of speech therapeutics.
