摘要
目的探讨治疗下肢深静脉血栓超声消融术后抗凝溶栓用药方案。方法超声消融术治疗下肢深静脉血栓40例,术后根据患者病程长短、术中病变处理情况、术后治疗效果调整用药方案。结果所有患者术后血管均再通,静脉平均狭窄由95%减少到8%±20%,肢体肿胀消失。结论合理术后用药对于加强超声消融术的效果、预防复发有重要意义。
Objective To explore scheme of anticoagulation and thrombolysis after ultrasound ablation for lower limbs deep vein thrombosis(DVT). Methods Forty cases of lower limbs DVT had been treated by ultrasound ablation. Therapy schemes were adjusted according to the duration of diseases course, pathological changes discovered during the operation, treating effects after operation. Results All the patients achieved vessels recanalization without puncture. Patients'venous average straightness was reduced from 95% to 8%±20% on angiogram and their limbs tumidness disappeared. Conclusion Reasonable medical treating after the operation has great significance to enhance treating effect of ultrasound ablation and for prevention recurrence.
